Sugarboo & Co Wholesale will drop ship your orders according to your purchase order. However, the wholesaler will charge you a $5 fee for this service. Backorders will ship unless you cancel them in writing. Backorders may take longer to arrive than orders shipped in full. You can cancel your order as long as you do so in writing within a couple of days of placing your initial order. Sugarboo & Co Wholesale also ships orders as quickly as possible, but backorders can cause a delay in delivery.

Returns

If you've purchased something and later decided that it doesn't fit, you can return it for a refund or exchange it for another item. To return an item, contact Sugarboo and Co Wholesale and request a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). You must contact the company within 5 business days of receipt of your order to receive a refund. You must also return any unused or defective items if you would like to exchange them. Sugarboo & Co Wholesale does not accept first quality merchandise for returns.

For returns, you must report any damage that you found in the outer packaging within 5 days of receipt of the package. Please remember that if the damage is not visible, you should take an image of it. If the damage is hidden, you must notify Sugarboo & Co Wholesale within 48 hours. In addition, you must keep the packaging for 7 days to ensure that the return is processed. If you are unable to keep your packaging, you can return it for a refund or exchange.
