This should be an amazing opportunity if you are involved in the furniture business, or know someone who is.

The new owner of a hotel in Upstate New York is rebranding the property, so I was asked to help liquidate all of the furniture and lamps that are in the hotel rooms.

There a total of 100 rooms in the hotel, translating into a total of 100 bedroom sets.

Televisions and fridges are not being liquidated, only the furniture and lamps.

Everything is in beautiful condition since the hotel was managed very very well.

This is a take all bulk deal for all of the furniture and lamps that are in the 100 rooms.

Since a portion of the sales proceeds will benefit a charitable foundation, the owner of the hotel is willing to deliver the furniture to anywhere in New York or New Jersey, at no additional charge.

We are asking $10,000 for all of the furniture, although the owner is flexible provided that we can make a deal by November 20th.
